About the Role

Ridsys is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth for our Digital Marketing and E-commerce Division. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, execute marketing strategies, and help position Ridsys as a preferred solutions provider.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities and generate leads through outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, and digital channels
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and customized service packages
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to tailor solutions based on specific client requirements
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing deals
  • Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and promote services
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, update sales pipelines, and prepare periodic performance and forecast reports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at improving brand visibility and lead acquisition
  • Create marketing campaigns, brochures, digital promotions, and communication materials
  • Assist in managing social media, email marketing, and digital advertising activities
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for differentiation
  • Support website updates, online advertisements, and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop marketing collateral, whitepapers, sales guides, and thought-leadership content
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports
  • Provide creative suggestions to enhance customer engagement and overall brand presence

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, branding, advertising, and web development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of CRM systems; experience with Salesforce and Zoho CRM is a strong plus
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and digital marketing or sales tools
  • Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented with a strong work ethic

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling digital marketing services, software solutions, or SaaS products
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Zoho CRM for lead tracking, automation, and reporting
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplace operations
  • Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager
  • Ability to create or support basic marketing content and social media posts
